Pallium India

On Saturday, 29 August 2026, more than 60 families, comprising around 250 participants, from Rithu, Pallium India’s parent support group for children with palliative care  illnesses, will come together to celebrate Onam at Vallakkadavu Convention Centre.

For families whose lives often revolve around hospitals, medical care, mobility challenges, financial hardship, and demanding caregiving, festivals can be something they experience from home, often in isolation. This gathering offers them something precious: a day away from hospital routines, where they can come together, celebrate, and simply enjoy being a family.

Children will have the chance to play, participate in activities, and create joyful memories with other children, while parents can connect with people who truly understand their journey. Your support can help create a day of joy, belonging, and togetherness for families who deserve to feel that they are not alone.
